L1 Period of Stay

Is there a limit on period of stay on L1 in USA? My company has processed my L1 and they want me to travel up and down (I now live in India). Is there a minimum number of days that I need to be in USA before I can travel back to India? Also, once I am back to India, how long can I stay here before I head back to USA?
