    Reg: L1 Applying

    Hi,

    I have applied for H1B Last Year and attended the interview. Got a 221(g). And sent the documents 2 months back. I could not hera from them any. How many days will take to get back to us?.

    And now, my company in which i am working is forcing me to apply for L1. Can i apply for L1 while H1 is in Processing?.

    Please lt me know.
