L1B Query please reply me
Hi
My company (Top 4 Big MNC in india) has applied L1B individual work permit regular one.The case was received by USCIS on April 17th . Till now the status is shown as pending in the USCIS website. When I ask my company , they said my case is in RFE.
Can you please tell me what is RFE and how long it takes to get my work permit apporved ?
what i need to do now and take care of ?
