    RFE for L1 extension

    Hi

    My employer applied for my L1B (Individual) extension.
    I got an RFE on the application.
    My employer will respond to that.
    If my case takes more time and extends beyond my I-94 date, can I still remain in US and continue to work ( since I have receipt number)
    Please advice
