Hi There,
I will be going to consulate very shortly for my L1A blanket visa stamping. I want to know about the impacts of my previous visa rejections considered while approving this visa.
In 2004 I went to consulate for an L1B blanket visa and got rejected and been asked to get the Individual L1; immediately after 2 months, I went and asked for a B1, and that also got rejected. later in 2005 I got my B1 stamped for 10 years.
As I am going for L1A executive visa, My question is will there be any problem in getting the stamping done as my previous L1B got rejected?
Any reply would be appriciated.
Thanks...PS
