Hi,
My I-94 is getting expired on 29th aug 07 as my L1 visa is.
My employer had alredy applied for extension on 24th Mar 07.
We have received the Courtsy softcopy of approval till Aug 09.
But we have not yet received actual hardcopy of approval and new I-94.
Could someone let me know what are the risks if I dont receive the approval hardcopy and new I-94 till 29th Aug 07?
My employer says, it's ok even if you just apply for extension.
so just wanted to confirm.
Apprecite if you could share your knowledge/experience.
