Going for L1A Help required
I will be going to Chennai in first week of Sept; for my L1A blanket.
I have a worry that the impacts of my previous visa rejections considered while approving this visa.
History:
L1B Blanket - 2004- rejected and asked to get Individual petition.
B1 - Soon after 2 months of L1Blanket refusal, and got denied again.
B1- 2005 I got my B1 stamped for 10 years. travelled for a short duration.
As I am going for L1A blanket now, My question to Sri and all is will there be any problem as my previous L1B got rejected?
Any advise/reply would really be helpful.
