Hi,
My Wife is in India and she has a valid L2 Visa stamped on her Passport.
Now we want to include spouse name ( My name on her Passport ) , Surname will be Changing and also chage of address.
And Passport office will be issuing a new passport for this.And on the new passport there wont be any visa stamped but on the odl passport the L2 Visa would be stamped where her maiden name will be there.
Now with this can she travel to US or else she need to go one more time to the consulate and stamp the visa again.
pls let me know about this as soon as possible.
