Looking for L1 processing

Hi ,

I am Kalyan, working with BizTune software pvt ltd (BizTune Inc., is US office). I am working as a Solution Architect with this company from last 3years.

Total IT experience i have is more then 8years. Presently i am in US oniste for project requirement analysisn on B1.

I am looking for L1 processing from my company, i did my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and after that i started AMIE in computers.

Is i am eligible for L1 processing ? As i have some problems with Degree. Is total years of IT experience can be considered for giving L1?
