L1 eligibility, if went to US within 1st year through B1

Hello,

I am Susheel Kumar. I have one query for L1 visa eligibility. Let me explain my query with an example:


Suppose I joined my present company Digital , India on 1-Oct-2006. After completing 6 months I went to US on B1-visa and come back after 3 months and continued with Digital , India . Can I file for L1 in Nov 2007 as I complete 1 continous year in Nov 2007. Note: I was on payroll with Digital, India even when i was in US for 3 months.
