L1 eligibility issue

Hello,



I am Susheel Kumar. I have one query for L1 visa eligibility. Let me explain my query with an example:

Suppose I joined my present company Digital , India on 1-Oct-2006. After completing 6 months I went to US on B1-visa and come back after 3 months and continued with Digital , India . Can I file for L1 in Nov 2007 as I was on payroll with Digital , India for the whole 12 months?

You have the eligibility once you complete 1 year in a acompany, trips time period don't matter
