    L1 Visa...Need Help

    Hi All,

    Am working for a company which is registered with different names in India and US but works under same management. They applied for H1 this year and i got rejected in lottery. Now, they wanted process my L1. So am just wondering if L1 be possible as it has different names ??? or the company is passing time just to retain me ???
