L2 Visa Question

My sister and her spouse has come to US on L2 and L1 visa respectively. Her spouse is going back today and she is leaving next week. Is it legal for her to leave next week.Her I-94 is valid for 6 months.

the L2 holder will be leaving later than L1 holder.

I think that is what you mean. If there is no intention of L1 holder of coming back on l1 then the position is a littlle dicey but a week might be fine.
