Dear Sir/Madam,
I have B1/B2 visa issued from my country Pakistan. I Came from Pakistan to USA in March 2007 on B1 and my parent company applied for L1-A with all the documents and legalities while I am visiting here for which I got the approval by mail at parent company with validity from 1st Sept 2007 to 31st August 2009. During this procedure I just able to register my company set up a office and place to live but did not did any business transaction except correspondence with some USA suppliers and traders.
Note : My parent company just filed the petition without the help of any attorney.
Please inform:
1. Should I go back immediately to home country to obtain L1 visa stamp from US consulate there and to manage some family matters before starting transactions and hiring employees?
2. Could officer cancel visas at consulate as there is no tax history started nor any employee hired yet as I was waiting for the approval?
3. After what time I can apply for green card when I start transactions/pay taxes in branch company and able to make a suitable tax amount?
