    DWAI and re-entry to US

    Hi ,

    I am currently on L1 Visa which is valid till Sep 2008. In 2006 Nov I was arrested
    for DWAI, pleaded guilty...completed all fines imposed by court.

    Now I am planing to Visit india in Dec. I don't need Visa re-stamping since it
    is valid till Sep 2008.

    I just wanted to check will there be any problems at the port of entry when I come back.
