My wife and I got married in Pitsburgh last month. My wife is on a H1B and I'm on a L1 visa. My wife wants to take a 3 month break and wants to get on an L2 (dependent) visa. Both of us are in the US. Can you please advise? If we apply for an L2 here in the US, how much time does it take? How does it affect her current H1B? Please advise
