First of all , thanks to all for this forum.
I am working here in US on L1. my wife was here with me on L2. My L1 expired in 2006 May, But i have valid I94 till Sep 2008. (So I can stay here till 2008 only thing is I cant go out of US, If I go I need to stamp and come back).
My wife has gone to India for vacation. If she has to come back she has to stamp her Visa again.
Now the question is can she go for L2 extension while I am in US and my L1 is expired but have a valid I94 ? I dont want to go to India now, will go after 2/3 months. Can she stamp L2 and come back.
Help is really appreciated.
