Hi,
Im on L1 Blanket visa residing in U.S.A. and my visa expires by 14-Dec-07.So i applied for my extension and i got RFE(Request for Evidence) from USCIS and i need to submit the needed documents before 27-Dec-07.
Can i apply fresh L1 A and go back INDIA and get it stamped and come back again?
Can i apply fresh L1 B and go back INDIA and get it stamped and come back again?
Can i apply fresh B1 business visa and go back INDIA and get it stamped and come back again.In the mean time can i file for L1 A / L1 B and go back INDIA get it stamped and come back again?
Which would be the best option.Please let me know ASAP.
Note : I see many cases getting rejected after getting the RFE's at the Califiornia Service Centre
