L2 visa reentry que

I am on L2 visa and I am attending school in the US. I just recived my EAD card valid until march 2009. I would like to visit India without my
husband this december(from dec 25 to Jan 18, 2008).Please let me know if I may reenter without any problem when I am returning.Will my EAD card /L2 Visa be still valid.Also will passport, L2 Visa suufuce as documents at the port of entry

That's no problem. You can travel alone and enter into US alone.
