L1 Visa Question

Forum,


1) If I have an L1 visa from company ABC and I quit the company to join another Indian company, will my L1 be Canceled or will it be valid.

2) If I join ABC again, I need to know if I will be able to travel on that visa ?

3) If I have an L1 visa from company ABC and I am in US, can I quit ABC in US and join another company in US direct ?
