Hi,
My wife is in the US on L1 visa. I want to visit her for 1-2 months. I know that the spouse of a L1 holder can apply for a L2 visa, but as this is a 'dependent' visa - can I apply for it? I am working in India at present. So, am I eligible to take a dependent visa?
Also, I have a business visa B1/B2 valid till June 2005. I recently went to US (July 2004) on a business visit for 2 weeks.
