L2 Visa enquiry

Hi,

I wish to apply L2 visa for my wouldbe.She has been working in Bangalore for the past 6 months but her native place is MP.Is there a way we could take the interview in Delhi or do we have to apply for the Chennai consullate.

It should be Chennai. Why Delhi?
