Need Urgent Help about H1b and L1 - VERY URGENT

Hi All,

I am currently working in a big mnc in India and I got my H1b visa stamping done this October.....

My current employee in India is ready to give me an opportunity in USA by filing my L1.

Can anyone help me in this regards.

1. Can I accept the offer for L1 transformation from my current employer?

2. Is my H1b....still valid even If I apply for new L1?

3. Do I need to accept the offer only if they transfer my H1?
