My wife would be getting a L1 visa sometime in August/September 2004 and if she gets it then I plan to apply for a L2 visa. I would like to know the following.
1. How much time does it take to get a L2 visa? I work for a top MNC in India and have been to US recently on a B1/B2 visa for 2 weeks.
2. Assuming that I get L2 visa for 1 year, and my wife comes back to India after 8 months, Do I also have to come back with her or can I continue working for 1 year?
3. Anyone who has got a L2 visa for his/her spouse recently? If yes, please share your experiences. My email id is [email protected].
