Hello,
I am in USA since october 10th. I have my I 94 till Jan 9th. I represent a Non Profit organisation with whom I have been associated for more than 7 yrs. The organisation is also registered as non profit but the financial transactions of this USA organisation is not so big .
Will i be eligible for a change of status from existing B1/B2 to L1 to to enable me to stay here and conduct my yoga teachings as ours is a unique yoga which was orginated by my master who heads both organisations?
Can this be done even while I m in USA or do i need to go back to India to get my new L1 stamped?
I read in your web site that Non Profits do qualify for L1.
I am considered as the senior most Yoga instructor in our ashram so my guess was I would fall into the Manager catagory of L1.
Finally would u suggest a strong and experience L1 specialised Immigration lawyer?
