Hi all,
I attend H1b on 09th October 2007. I received 221(g) blue form on 09th October 2007 for all the petitioner docs without passport.i dropped all the 9 docs without passport in vfs office on 01st November 2007.since then i was calling to VFS.but everytime i got reply saying that it is still under processing.
Now my company is processing L1B visa. mostly i will attended L1B on next month. will this give any problem if i attended L1 visa when my H1b is still under process. Please suggest me what i will do now.
