L1 rejected/refused?

I have attended interview in july for L1 blanket, the VO refused to give visa and gave blue form, she ticked the second option which has the description "Your L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I)(ii)(D) and INA 101(a)(15)(L)"
she doesnt wrote/stamped on my passport.

The question is : I am going to attend H1 interview in next week so should i mention in DS156 that my L1 visa got rejected? or not?

please guide me

---- Yes, if the column says Has any visa(s) been rejected, then you write yes and have your paperes handy with you to show it to the VO at teh time of interview

L1B visa rejection - section 8 CFR 214.2

Hello,

One of my friend had a PA yesterday, and it was rejected. Interviewer asked about experience and VISA was rejected because of less experience. Consulate associate my friend to apply after 6 months. My friend actually had 2 years of experience.

Whether his petition is still valid? Or is he has to apply for a new petition.
Is there any experience restriction on L1B Specialized knowledge visa? Whether my friend is elligible to apply L1 A?
