L1 Visa's affect on Green Card Processing

Hi
My Wife is processing for the Green Crad in Schedule A Category and her I140 form is approved recently by USCIS. She is waiting for Counsular Processing .

Now my current company is asking me to Go to US for Urgent Assignment on L1 Visa for 10 months.

1. Is their any Problem to get the L1 visa as we are already processing for the Green Card???

2. If we travel on L1 to US now, will it affect our Green card process further????

---- Both are independent issues. Once category of Visa has nothing to do with any other Visa status and that includes GC processing

2. If we travel on L1 to US now, will it affect our Green card process further????
