Immigration processes while leaving USA

Hello,
My wife is returning back to India. Currently she is hold L2 Visa
valid till May 2005 and I-94 valid till May 2007. Please let me know about the immigration process done while leaving US. She will be going from Austin via Cincinnati & Paris to Bombay.

Just give I-94 to airline person.

US-VISIT departure procedures have not started yet.
