Hello, I am working here on L-1 visa (Blanket L petition). My wife and son have an L2. Our L visa are expiring in Jan 2009. PED is also till Jan 2009.
Do we need to go to India to get it stamped again or can it be done in canada or mexico. We are not in green card processing or anything else.
US visa has been never rejected.
What are the options for restamping of L1 visa in Canada or mexico.
We also hold valid visitor's visa valid for 10 yrs.
