I am working here in USA for last 3 years in L1 B visa and my visa got expired now. My employer has filled L1 extn and we have got query ( like Duties in the US,petitioner's product,special or advanced duties,training benificiary will provide,Impact on pettioner's business, contracts,proof of purchase,foreign national employees details work on the same location, press release and milestone plan).
I am afraid that my case may get rejected. If it gets rejected, can I file another application from here in USA. or Is there any other thing I can do to stay back.
