    L1 visa approval pending

    Hi

    I applied for converesion of our VIsas from H1b to L1... but recently we have been asked for Request for Evidence (RFE) and i have heard if RFE is asked the chances of approval are very less... basically they asked for some more details regarding the duties and responsibilities of my role...

    can someone please guide me in this, please ???
