  • L2 Visa for a pregnant Lady

    Hi,

I am an Indian Citizen.I am holding US L1 Visa and these days I am in US for my company’s assignment.
My wife is in Canada on her company’s assignment. She is also an Indian Citizen.

We want to apply US dependent Visa for her so that she could join me in US.
But before we proceed further we would like to clarify a doubt.

Actually we are expecting a baby, so we would like to double confirm that there is no issue in US dependent Visa processing for a pregnant lady.

I would like to have this information as early as possible, so that accordingly I can manage to accompany her during this period.

theres no distinction for the pregnant lady..your company can go for applying for her L2...but the thing is..she should be covered under your insurance for her hospitol exp,coz some companies delay the spouse's insurance which shldnt effect her at this time.

plan accordingly and then take a step...

      L2 Dependent Visa processing

      Hi,

I want to apply US dependent Visa for my wife.
She is in Canada these days. We have not added spouse name in our passport. But we have Marriage Certificate, Marriage Ivitation card and photographs. But just now we came to know that US consulate only accepts Marriage Certificate in English; but in our case its in Hindi.

How can we do this from Canada? is there any way that we can get it officially converted into English from Canada itself?
Please suggest, its very urgent since we are expecting a baby.

      Thanks
