L1B - Can I recapture out of country stay?
Hi
I’m in USA on L1B and came to USA on January 2005. I worked in USA for about 8 months and went back to Offshore. I again entered USA on January 2006 and have been working for the same employer since then. Can I recapture the time that I was out of USA during 2005 to calculate the 5 year limit? Please advice.
