Hi all,
Am on L1 premium visa and my husband on L2. We have stamping in 2 days. He is currently working. What kind of questions he may get in stamping.. what should he say if they ask about whether he is gng to work there and anything related to current employment. Also can he get the EAD once he is in U. S. and how much time it will take approx? Is there any chance of rejection of that?any suggestion/ information will be helpful.
