Hi,
I am came to US on L1 (regular) 2 years back, my company has applied for I -94 extention, and they got an RFE on that, the problem here is when i applied for extention i was delegated by my company to work for a client "A", now i am working for client "B" .
The RFE is asking asking all kinds of evidences like invoice copy, letter from client "A" stating that i am working for them etc, i will not be able to provide this as i am not working for the same client .
Can any one suggest how to solve this issue? my company has almost given up saying that we have to provide that else it will be rejected.
I am suffering for no fault of mine.
