Urgent, I really need your advice on this matter.
Question on L1 visa renewal application.
I'm currently working for company A for close to three years now. I'm currently working for them under an L-1 visa. This visa is set to expire in two months.
On the other hand, Company B is interested in hiring me. I have already receive my approved H1-B filed by Company B.
The twist here is Company B is waiting for some opportunity/new project win before they'll take/hire me and that could take months.
My question. I don't want to cancel my H1-B visa from Company B, can I still proceed with my L-1 visa renewal application? Also, do I need to tell Company A of the existence of my H1-B from Company B prior to my L-1 extension application? (I don't want Company A to know if possible and I want to maintain both L1 and H1B visa for security purposes).
