Need Help to Get L1

i m sathishkadiyala.now i m us on B1 visa.now my client wants to applay L1 now.how many days it will take to get l1 now
can anybody tell me what docs i have to provide and is there nessary to go back to india for L1 interview please let me know

Client!!!

L1 is a intra company transfer visa. Only your employer back in your home country can apply provided tehy have operation in US. It can be applied at any time.
