L1/L2 visa After H1b Rejected

Hi,

I lived in US from 2000 to 2003. After that i went to chennai Consulate for Visa renwal and my Visa got Rejected.

Again I applied my h1b thru some Different XYZ Company, I went for stamping again in 2005 and i forget to mention in the application that my visa got rejected previously, so, again they rejected my H1b visa.

After that, I joined HCL in 2006, Now Accenture is going to send me to US in L1/L2 Visa. I got all the papers and i am going for stampin in Feb 2008.

My Question here is, When previously my H1b rejected, So this time it will be problem to get a L1/L2 visa.. the company is taking care of everything this time.

Please let me know..i am really worried...I want to get this staping at any cose. please help

-- You know need to worry aslong your documents from Accenture are perfect and meet the VO requirments..All you need is, be true to visa officer about your previous rejections..
