Since 2003, I am in the U.S. on H1-B, visa is expiring in 2009. Changed my employer/company-A to Company-B in 2007 with in U.S. and completed
1 year in this Company-B. I never worked for company-B in India. Can we convert my H1-B to L1-A before my H1-B expires? If so, how soon the conversion process should be started by my company-B? Yes, I am talking about L1-A. Company-B does not have a policy to proces GC.
