I got a L1-B Visa stamp from my current employer 4 months ago to be transferred from Brazil to the US. Meanwhile my employer decided not to transfer me right now and the American market is demanding professionals with my expertise. If I find another sponsor, can I convert my L1-B into a H1-B without having to apply again?
