Reg L2 VISA

Hi,

I need a clarification on my spouse's visa. We applied H1 long back and there was no response till last month.So my husband applied for L2 and he got the interview date on june19th .Now the consultant is saying his
H1 got approved.Please let me know whether the H1 petition will cause any issue during the L2 interview.
