My L1 status expires in first week of Dec 2003. Its one year since I filed for my I 485 and ead. My ead was apporved and lost in mail. I have applied for my ead once again. Now can I stay here in the usa after my L1 status expires just cos my I 485 is pending and wait to take up job after getting my ead? I have my AP. Thanks
