    changing jobs L2 I94

    My husband is here in the US on an intra-company transfer visa. He is considering changing jobs but the new job will not help with immigration paperwork.

    Can we change to a different visa or do we have to go back to Canada and reapply?

    We only have until June on our L2 I94, is there enough time to change our status?
