Our company is having office in US. And I am working in the Mumbai office. Here our travel agent filed My petition through our US office as
individual petition for my case. When I checked with them for the Blanket
petition, they told me that for the blanket petition the applicant's
minimum education should be Computer degree. But when I checked on the NET, no where it's mentioned computer degree is required for applying
blanket petition.
I just wanted to know the details of the blanket petition. What is the
minimum educational and experiences required for applying the blanket
order. I have completed 10+2+Diploma in Electronics & Communication
Engineering (3Years) and 11 years of experience in Information systems.
With this education and experience can I apply for the L1 blanket petition
through my company?
