My L1B got expired on Jan 16th 2008. A RFE is pending for me and I need to respond it before April 18th. But I want to travel to India in April. So we had planned to withdraw the petition and apply a Blanket visa from India and come back. As my RFE is pending for response on April 18th, is it problem for me to travel on APril 16th out of this country?
Secondly when can I book my PA with Chennai consulate if I want a PA date in the first week of May?
