I entered US on October 2007 and I am currently working for Company A on a L1 visa with ending date of October 2010. The company B is ready to process me an H1-B. I plan to apply the visa on 1st of April 2008 and suppose if get the VISA approved in 12 weeks (1st of July), Comapny B will say to joint company from 1 st Oct 2008,
My questions are:
1. If US market is down, is there any problem if i want to continue to work for Company A on my L1 visa and not join Company B.
2. What about my H1 visa validity if I continue to work for comapny A.
2.Is there any problem if I want to work in future for third comapny C in US on H1 visa?
