Dear All,
I have got an L1 offer through blank petition. I had the following queries. Kindly give suggestions.
1.Section 22. of Form DS-156 asks for the indented date of travel if known.
My problem is that I have not booked the tickets becoz that all depends on the Visa approval. Is that problem.
2. My wife is given L2 visa but im my passport spaouse name is blank as the passports are made prior to our marriage. Does it affects the visa approval?
3. If my family joins me after few month of my travelto US, does the immigration is hassles to them if they are not very fluent in english?.
