Hi all, I work for one of the top Indian MNC and applied for H1 in 2007 through a different employer in US. But I got a 221g blue form in my H1 visa interview asking me to submit more documents. Which i did and on enquire about the status after 2 months I was informed that my case is under administrative processing.
So now I got an offer from my current employer for filing a B-L1.
With a H1 application under admin processing what can i expect @ the consulate if I go with a new B-L1 application?
As i posted in my previous post my fiance is in US doing her MS so I have a personal need to travel to US. Can I express the same to VO when I attempt the B-L1 interview?
