Hi,
one of my friend applied for Premium H1 in Feb 2004, but by the time it reached INS quota got finished and told that he will get it in October 2004 quota and expecting EAS number in July 2004. Mean time his company appying for his Premium L1 visa.
Is there any problem will arise? which one will come first. His company is one of the top 5 IT company in India.
Pls advise me what problems will come and how to come out of that.
